The bill (Reg. No.6516) was drafted to regulate a critical situation with the provision of the sick with hemophilia with the necessary coagulants.
The bill increases the State Budget expenditures under the budget-funded program "medical treatment aspects of governmental programs and complex policy means" by UAH 60 million. The expenditures shall be allocated for the purchase of medicine for the sick with hemophilia.
